Pari Rickard
Pari, an American by birth, has worked as a consultant and trainer in more than 60 countries for several years. Multi-lingual; he has international experience in the UK, Europe, Middle East, America, India, Africa and, Asia.
Pari’s work ranges from coaching CEOs, Directors, and Senior Managers, to training and improving mid-level team performance. He has worked across a range of sectors, all requiring a strong customer relationship element (which he delivered). Pari has also served on the board of other organisations and companies.
Pari has worked in the UK and internationally for 16 of the last 21 years. He has significant global business experience, running an ‘information gathering company’ with branches in 60+ countries. He was MD of a maritime concern in the Caribbean and South America, and, in the last 5 years, was HR Director for a company with office in 17 nations and 1100 staff.
Pari has mentored people from many and various companies, and consulted on (and led) businesses and shareholder sessions on many company levels. He is an experienced, warm, and dynamic trainer who has worked extensively with many FTSE 100 firms.
