Ian Pounce
Ian is a consultant with international experience in both the corporate and charitable sectors. Working internationally for 17 years in 16 countries at all levels of management, Ian set up and ran training programmes for directors, managers and personnel in SE Asia and Europe, often in cross-cultural and multi-cultural situations.
Ian’s work ranges from advising international directors and global leadership teams as they implement new initiatives and manage change, to developing effective front line teams in the UK and in cross-cultural or multi-cultural situations. He has directed the sales and marketing strategy for a US owned consultancy in China, becoming managing director of the parent company based in Thailand. Ian returned to the UK advising the international leadership team of a global charity developing a framework to alleviate poverty by facilitating local small and medium sized enterprises around the world.
Ian now focuses on training senior managers and is a director of a new business start up.
