Grace is a specialist in communication, team work and leadership. She is associate partner of her own training business, and visiting professor at San Andrés University in Buenos Aires. Her expertise in the process of learning and wide experience in TQM and National Quality Award models ensures a singular capacity to approach management development in a truly systemic way.

She has a passion for the learning process and is fully committed at investigating and designing tailor-made courses for management. As a communication expert she has a natural talent for transmitting her know how to all kind of audiences. Her work as a trainer, facilitator and monitoring processes of change have given her wide experience in all kinds of managerial situations.

Grace is a born communicator, and enjoys transmitting her expertise. As such, she has worked successfully in the training of management in a wide range of very different fields. Her description of the “perfect job” is that of understanding the real need beyond the requirement of the client and thinking about, designing and implementing creative responses to learning needs of management.

Her creativity at applying pertinent examples and learning games in the process of guiding cultural changes in business has made her extremely popular among those who have had the privilege of attending her seminars, workshops and classes. Spanish is her native language and her fluency in English has allowed her to facilitate programs for her international clients such as Citibank and Clorox.
