Petr Kosina

Petr specialises in training and coaching of Sales People, his style combining approaches from NLP, systemic constellations and transactional analysis. He creates an environment in training where participants have enough space to share their experience and discuss concerns. Through his own experience, Petr is able to maintain direction and ensure the transfer of relevant learning. As a trainer of sales skills and behaviours, he is strongly goal-oriented.

Petr started his professional career in tourism as a guide. He moved on to university teaching (Marketing and Management), before becoming a sales consultant in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and then financial products. Since then he has worked as an Area Manager for a FMCG company.

Petr has been a trainer for the last 9 years, working for the Gradua-CEGOS and Dynargie training companies, before becoming a freelance. He also was the only accredited trainer for the Czech Republic for the British-based Gazing Performance training company. He is fluent in English, Czech, Russian, and French.
