Frank ByrnesAs a facilitator and consultant Frank Byrnes supports leaders at all levels in designing and implementing initiatives to improve quality service in their organisations. He mobilizes the passion in teams by creating a safe and dynamic environment - his approach is interactive, experiential, light-hearted and fun.
Frank has worked with a wide variety of organisations in the public and private sectors as a facilitator, trainer and consultant, helping them mobilise passion to achieve their results. He facilitates dramatic commitments to renew enthusiasm for the personal and professional lives of a wide range of individuals and organisations, engaging the creative participation of all members by designing, and delivering processes and strategies to get results. Frank has been a teacher, police officer (R.C.M.P., Montreal and Metro Toronto Police department), intelligence officer, manager, counsellor, facilitator and trainer for 26 years.
Frank has delivered hundreds of workshops in organisation development, leading change, strategic planning, management, leadership, communication, team building, team planning, executive leadership, strategic planning and other related subjects. He has also developed a template to guide executives in leading change.
