Roberta Grossi
Roberta is a consultant, trainer and coach in several fields, including leadership, management, communication, cross-cultural skills, facilitation skills, creativity, customer relations, sales, ‘train the trainer’ and effective presentations. She develops training tools and designs client-specific courses to personalise her seminars. More than 100 multinationals and a few government organizations have hired her services in 27 countries across 5 continents. She has also taught part-time for the past 15 years in several universities in the USA and in Europe (including Grandes Ecoles in Paris).
Roberta has also published several articles, presented papers at international conferences, contributed to books, and produced and acted in several training videos. She works in six languages.
