He has numerous clients across a broad range of industries in the United States, Australia, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Steve has superb skills in group process facilitation and training, and an extensive background in developing tools and programs that help others increase their performance and organizational effectiveness.

Steve’s background includes working for over 18 years as a consultant, trainer and the managing director of an independent consulting firm specializing in strategic change management where he was also responsible for the development of a unique suite of organizational assessment tools that focus on the cause-effect relationship of organizational problems and specific processes for creating sustainable organizational change.

In addition, Steve has spent time with the Ken Blanchard Companies and was the Director of Training for a medical technology company. He has also been a guest lecturer for the MBA programs at California Lutheran and Pepperdine Universities, and serves as a facilitator for the Faust Executive Roundtable Groups.
