Russell Evans

Russell is managing director of Primeast, where he utilises his corporate experience in leadership, team building and change management. His work ranges from the support of directors and senior managers to improving front line team performance.

Russell previously worked in the retail sector where he gained senior operational management experience in leadership, team effectiveness and the management of change, both as a line manger and as an internal consultant. He also has management development and project management experience, as well as experience of using a range of management models and development tools including MBTI, Belbin and DISC.

He served as a commissioned officer in the Training Branch of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve for 12 years. There he specialised in leading and managing adventurous training programmes, leadership development and working as an expedition assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme. When he is not working, Russell enjoys family time and outdoor pursuits (particularly skiing).
