David Fotheringham
David specialises in facilitating creative and impactful training programs that are carefully customized to meet the client objectives.
David is presently a Managing Consultant for the South-East Asia regional business partner of Primeast. As well as being a lead facilitator on training programmes, David oversees the Singapore office. His training style gives participants the opportunity to discover and develop their own strengths, and to appreciate and acknowledge the strengths they find in others while focusing strongly on the effective transfer of learning generated. He also has extensive experience in the role of facilitator to corporate teams involved in organisational change and project planning.
David has over the last 14 years, maximized the performance of individuals and teams, delivering and facilitating corporate training programs in leadership, team and personal development in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
On arrival in Asia he developed his unique leadership style and management skills with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group before becoming a full time training consultant.
An outdoor enthusiast, David enjoys skiing, trekking and travelling. He is also active in community projects in Singapore, serving the intellectually disabled, underprivileged children, teenagers and the elderly.
