Ireland: Dublin, Bord Bia, Clanwilliam Court -
We are delighted to be running the 3rd All Ireland Talent Forum and invite all in-company Leaders, OD, L&D and Talent and HR professionals to join this unique shared-learning event in Dublin on Friday 13 March 2020.
What is it? An opportunity for in-company Leaders, Organisational Development, Learning & Development and Talent and HR professionals to meet and engage in a safe environment to gain new insights, build support networks and get real, workable solutions to common challenges.
Kindly hosted by Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, Michael Murphy, Organisation and Industry Talent Director brings the following talent development challenge for discussion:
“Managing Career Paths in an Internationally focused Public Service Organisation. Our staff have strong engagement and buy-in to the purpose of the organisation so how do we engage with them on how they can manage their own career progression, prepare our managers to support them in that endeavour and drive more movement across the organisation, particularly internationally?”
How it works: Clive Wilson facilitates a small group of peers to explore the challenge through powerful questions from members, using an action learning set style. The forum closes with a commitment to action and everyone else sharing their learning. The Chatham House rule is applied. Clive established Talent Forums for business leaders and people management professionals in 2009 and they continue to thrive.
Venue: Bord Bia, Clanwilliam Court, Lower Mount Street, Dublin2
Date: Friday 13 March 2020, from 10.00am to 12.30pm
Who is invited?: All in-company Leaders, OD, L&D and Talent and HR professionals are welcome to apply.
