UK: North East Talent Forum “What would a high-performance culture look like at a third sector organisation – how can we introduce it?”

UK: Gateshead, Changing Lives -

How much would you value, or even pay, for the advice of experts within your profession to help with your burning talent challenges? How about 3 hours of your time to join a Primeast Talent Forum?  Changing Lives is hosting the Talent Forum for the first time.  Their ‘hot-seat’ challenge for the event is;

“What would a high-performance culture look like at a third sector organisation and how can we introduce it?”

Our host is Elaine Roy, Business Partner Learning & Development – PEOPLE Team at Changing Lives.

How it works:  Clive Wilson from Primeast facilitates a small group of peers to explore the challenge through powerful questions from forum members, using an action learning set style.  The forum closes with Elaine making a commitment to action and everyone else sharing their learning.  The Chatham House rule is applied.

Who is invited?  To ensure a high standard of dialogue is maintained, these complimentary knowledge sharing events are only open to those who hold appropriate corporate leadership, learning and development or HR positions.  With a maximum of 15 places available.

How to book:  To request a place, join the Talent Forum mailing list, or nominate someone else to join, please contact Rachel Sorton-Hall by email here.

Venue:  Changing Lives Central Office, Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 0RU
