Every Primeast client has a dedicated member of the client services team who handles all aspects of programme management including print and e-content management, translation management, diagnostics, logistics, and venue liaison.
Whilst the majority of Primeast’s global work is handled directly from either our UK Headquarters or our North America office in Houston, our “global but local” approach comes from long-standing, trusted partnerships operating these services in Latin America, India, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
Not only do our team have experience of dealing with a wide range of different clients and project scopes, our effective client management, logistical and invoicing procedures have been recognised as the exemplar amongst all suppliers to our major multinational oil and gas corporation client (the world’s third largest company by revenue in 2014) headquartered in Texas, United States. Having all these effective processes in place allows for great working relationships which ensure Primeast delivers outstanding personal service.
In November 2017 we welcomed Naomi, Mel and Kelly when Blue Water joined Primeast to lead our automotive sector.
